The direct-drive screw vacuum pumps are controlled by an integrated frequency converter. The compression chamber is 100% oil-free. The integrated frequency converter optimizes the energy use depending on the current requirement in the given pneumatic system. This combination with precise adjustment ensures a high level of efficiency and reduces energy consumption. The vacuum generation process is very smooth and pulsation-free.
Various accessories - suction filter, non-return valve, inlet and outlet silencer can be integrated in the sound enclosure.

Spindle principle

Since 2012, Becker has been offering, in addition to the successful VADS 1500, a smaller version, the VADS 250 - a vacuum pump with a spindle profile. Another new product from Becker offers the following advantages:
